Employee Care

The health and well-being of an organization is directly contingent upon the health and well-being of its employees.  Employees have lives outside of the office, and personal challenges can affect their ability to perform in the workplace.

Conversely, stressful, demanding, unfulfilling work environments often create and add to the problems at home.

It’s important for employers to be proactive in addressing these issues and supporting their employees around things like:

  • Divorce
  • Care of aging parents
  • Death and grief recovery
  • Health crises and challenges
  • Organizational change (see Change Management)
  • Post-termination care for laid-off or terminated employees and their co-workers who have been impacted by their departure

I can provide on-site, confidential corporate chaplaincy services, offer mindfulness and meditation classes, and create a customized overall employee care program.  In addition, I have access to other health and wellness professionals to provide a full array of services, as needed.
